Opening day of the 9U Elite World Series is one week from today - Sunday, August 2nd!
The competition will be tough but we're psyched! The majority of the teams are from the South; there are two other teams from the Midwest (Ohio and Michigan).

Welcome to the Road to the World Series!
The Quad City Heat Baseball 9U team is heading to the USSSA World Series in Orlando at the Wide World of Sports Complex in August. This team is made up of 9 & 10 year olds from America's Heartland - The Quad Cities (Iowa and Illinois).
The Quad Cities is located 3 hours west of Chicago.
These kids live, eat and breathe baseball! The team qualified for the World Series at a tournament in Detroit, Michigan the last weekend in May. Only 32 teams from across the country in their age group will qualify for the World Series. The only other team to qualify at the 9U level from the Midwest is from Ohio.
We are fundraising to help with expenses related to the trip. We realize this is a tough economy; donations for any amount are appreciated. Please send to:
